Role Overview We are seeking a driven charismatic and locally-knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in the beautiful hill station of Mount Abu As the only hill station in Rajasthan Mount Abu presents a unique market featuring luxury flats The ideal candidate will be a people person who understands the local landscape and can navigate the nuances of high-value property transactions while providing a premium experience for both local buyers and out-of-state investors Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Proactively identify and engage potential buyers through networking cold calling and local community engagement Property Showings Conduct qualified sample flat presentation highlighting the unique features of properties and the lifestyle benefits of the Mount Abu region Negotiation Act as a bridge between buyers and sellers to negotiate prices and terms that ensure a win-win outcome Market Analysis Stay updated on local property trends inventory and government regulations specific to the Sirohi district and eco-sensitive zones Documentation Assist clients with the legalities of property acquisition including RERA compliance registry processes and stamp duty requirements Relationship Management Maintain a strong database of high-net-worth individuals HNIs and provide excellent post-sales support to encourage referrals Required Skills Qualifications Experience Minimum 0 6 years in Real Estate sales Luxury or Hospitality sales experience is a major plus Local Expertise Deep knowledge of Mount Abu s geography neighborhoods and local land laws Communication Fluent in Hindi and English Knowledge of Gujarati is highly preferred due to the high volume of tourists investors from Gujarat Tech-Savvy Proficiency in using Excel WhatsApp Business and social media for marketing What We Offer Competitive base salary In-depth training on local property laws and luxury sales techniques Opportunity to work with premium high-ticket listings Flexible working environment in one of India s most scenic locations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
