We are seeking a friendly and reliable Back Office Executive to join our team in the Stage Light & Truss segment. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. If you have exceptional & proactive communication skills, a urge for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses.
- Helping sales executives (on field) by providing the meeting schedule with clients, making PI and supporting with backend support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up on resolutions.
- Assure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and pricing.




- Proactively contact customers to provide relevant information, updates, and promotions.
- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer records and information accurately and securely.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
