We are seeking a friendly and reliable Back Office Executive to join our team in the Stage Light & Truss segment. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and qualified responses.
Helping sales executives (on field) by providing the meeting schedule with clients, making PI and supporting with backend support.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and follow up on resolutions.
Assure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and pricing.




Proactively contact customers to provide relevant information, updates, and promotions.
Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Maintain customer records and information accurately and securely.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
