- *Role Description**

nThis is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, helping them make informed real estate decisions.n

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding property needs, coordinating property visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.



You will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide reliable and timely updates to clients while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.

- *Qualifications**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Customer service skills and an ability to understand and align property solutions with client needs.
- Sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve individual and team targets.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad real estate market is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office suite would be beneficial.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
