- *About the Job:**
nResponsible for driving sales and business development of ACO Systems & Solutions by building strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, end clients. Achieves sales targets, generates leads, ensures product specification in projects, and handles technical and commercial negotiations. Conducts market research, monitors competitors, and coordinates closely with HO Bangalore across finance, logistics, design, and technical teams. Manages customer queries, ensures timely payment collections, and supports project execution and installations, maintaining ACO’s presence and reputation in the market.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
n· Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.n
· Identify, pursue,
and secure new business opportunities in commercial, residential, infrastructure, and niche water management projects.
n
· Understand client needs and provide customized solutions based on ACO’s product portfolio, including drainage channels, pumps, separators, backflow prevention systems, and other water management technologies.
n
· Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and effective implementation of solutions.
n
· Conduct client presentations, technical demonstrations, and product trainings to key stakeholders.
n
· Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for projects in line with company guidelines.
n
· Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, installation support, and adherence to quality standards.
n
· Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support strategic sales planning and product development.
n
· Develop account plans, track key performance indicators, and report sales performance regularly to management.
n
· Provide after-sales support, including addressing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
n
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote ACO’s solutions and brand presence.
n
- *Candidate Profile**
n· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).n
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in construction, water management, or related sectors.
n
· Proven experience managing key accounts and large-scale projects.
n
· Strong technical understanding of drainage, water managem
