We serve clients primarily in the Banking & Financial Services sector, operating an in-house data center and delivering field-based network solutions across multiple customer sites. Our team is small, driven, and technically hands-on and we are growing.n
- *Role Overview**

nWe are looking for an experienced and self-driven Head Network & Infrastructure Services to lead our technical operations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role that requires deep expertise across network engineering, cybersecurity, data center administration, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will not only manage day-to-day operations but will also drive Research & Development, introduce new technologies into our stack, and uphold the compliance standards demanded by our banking-sector clientele.n

You will mentor and guide our two existing IT Engineers and be the primary technical authority for all infrastructure decisions both in-house and at customer sites.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Network Design & Implementation**

nDesign and deploy enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN architectures for multi-location customer sitesn

Deploy, configure, and manage Access Points (Ruckus, Aruba, TP-Link) and wireless controllers

n

Implement and maintain L2/L3 switching fabrics including VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, and BGP

n

¢ Set up and manage VPN solutions (site-to-site, remote access) for customers and internal use

n





¢ Design High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and architecture diagrams

n

- *Firewall & Security (Infosec)**

n¢ Install, configure, and manage next-generation firewalls: Systrome, Fortinet FortiGate, and Sophos including initial setup, policy design, VPN, NAT, and ongoing managementn

¢ Define and enforce firewall rule sets, NAT policies, IPS/IDS configurations, and network segmentation

n

¢ Lead information security practices for IAM clients, including policy development, access control, and threat mitigation

n

¢ Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments, configuration audits, and compliance reviews aligned with banking sector standards (RBI guidelines, ISO 27001, etc.)

n

¢ Implement and monitor endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and patch management across customer environments

n

¢ Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity incident response and remediation

n

- *In-House Data Center Operations**

n¢ Manage and administer IAM's in-house data center running Ubuntu Linux (90%) and Windows Server environmentsn

¢ Oversee server provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, and OS patch management

n

¢ Administer and optimize SAN/NAS storage, RAID configurations, and backup/restore processes

n

¢ Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies

n





¢ Manage rack layout, structured cabling (Cat6/Fiber), power planning, and hardware replacements

n

¢ Manage virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi/vCenter, Hyper-V) and HCI environments

n

- *Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure**

n¢ Support hybrid cloud environments across AWS and Azure (VMs, VPCs, VNets, IAM, Security Groups, VPN connectivity)n

¢ Manage hosting server configurations, cloud patching, and cost optimization

n

¢ Assist customers with cloud migration assessments and hybrid connectivity planning

n

- *Team Leadership & R&D;**

n¢ Mentor, guide, and upskill the two existing IT Engineers across networking, security, and infrastructure domainsn

¢ Conduct internal knowledge-transfer sessions and create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation

n

¢ Lead Research & Development initiatives to evaluate and implement new technologies (zero-trust, SD-WAN, SASE, recent firewall platforms, etc.)

n

¢ Drive proactive improvement of IAM's infrastructure practices and toolset

n

¢ Coordinate with Leased Line ISPs Tata Communications, BSNL, Jio, and Airtel for circuit provisioning, escalations, SLA management, and fault resolution

n

¢ Coordinate with OEM vendors and hardware suppliers (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Systrome) for procurement, escalations, and RMA processing

n

- *Customer & Project Delivery**

n¢ Act as the senior technical lead on customer network setup projects from site survey and design through to commissioning and handovern

¢ Manage end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines

n
