JOB DETAILS Answer incoming calls, making outbound calls and respond to customer's queries in a timely mannerStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Identify, obtain, and clarify customer information by answering telephone calls, establishing a dialogue with the customers and verifying information.
