Global Resiliency Manager
Our site in Pune, India is seeking a Global IT Resiliency Leader to join our team. The Global IT Resiliency Leader is responsible for the creation and testing of robust and reliable resiliency programs including but not limited to IT disaster recovery, IT business continuity, and IT Major Incident. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive IT resiliency strategies and frameworks.The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in IT resiliency, with demonstrated success in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise level risk mitigation.

What You’ll Do:
​​​​​​Development and Implement Strategies:

Create and enforce comprehensive IT resiliency framework, policies, and technology to safeguard the company's IT systems.
Manage IT resiliency across multiple regions with different regulations, infrastructure, and risks.
Stay informed about regulatory changes, work closely with legal and compliance teams, and implement processes to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.

Disaster Recovery:





Design, evaluate, and maintain IT disaster recovery plans to ensure quick recovery in case of IT disruptions.

Business Continuity:

Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless business operations during IT incidents.
Develop detailed response plans, conduct regular drills, and establish a transparent chain of command to ensure swift and effective responses.

IT Service Management (ITSM):

Contribute and participate in IT Service Management maturity including but not limited to: Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Major Incident, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management.

Risk Monitoring:

Continuously assess and mitigate risks to IT systems, identify potential vulnerabilities, and implement solutions.
Continuous Improvement, Audit and Review:
Conduct regular audits and reviews of resiliency processes to ensure they are effective and up to date.
