Key Responsibilities1. Digital & Performance Marketing
Design static creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid channels
Create engaging website banners, landing page visuals, and emailers
Develop social media creatives aligned with brand campaigns
Adapt campaign creatives across multiple formats and sizes
Support with video editing (Reels, ad cuts, motion graphics) – optional but preferred
Retail & Offline Assets
Design in-store branding elements (standees, posters, window vinyls, signage, danglers)
Work on VM-related creatives and store launch materials
Create event branding and offline activation collaterals
Ensure consistency of brand identity across physical spaces
Packaging & Print
Design and iterate on packaging (boxes, tags, labels, inserts)




Coordinate with vendors on print-ready files and specifications
Understand materials, print finishes, and production constraints
Brand Consistency
Maintain visual consistency across all channels
Contribute to evolving and strengthening brand identity
Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in D2C / retail / fashion / consumer brands)
Robust portfolio showcasing:
Paid ad creatives
Retail/offline assets
Packaging design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition
Experience preparing print-ready files
Ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced environment
Detail-oriented with robust execution skills

Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with fashion or lifestyle brands
Understand performance marketing and conversion-focused creatives
Have experience in retail-first brands
Can think conceptually, not just execute
