Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can handle static design, motion graphics, and video editing end-to-end.

This role is for someone who can think visually, execute fast, and maintain robust brand consistency across formats from social posts to high-performance ads.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create visuals that drive attention, clarity, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities1. Motion Graphics & Video Editing

- Create motion graphics for reels, ads, product videos, and explainers
- Edit videos (cuts, transitions, color correction, sound syncing, subtitles)
- Add basic VFX, typography animation, and visual storytelling elements
- Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and web




- Convert static concepts into engaging motion content

2. Graphic Design (Static)

- Design creatives for social media, ads, banners, thumbnails, and website
- Create campaign visuals for launches, offers, and promotions
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all outputs
- Adapt designs across formats and sizes efficiently

3. Creative Execution & Collaboration

- Translate briefs, scripts, and ideas into high-quality visuals
- Work with marketing and performance teams for campaign creatives
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and timelines
- Ensure clarity, simplicity, and visual impact in every asset

4. AI & Creative Tools

- Use AI tools to enhance design, motion, and editing workflows
- Stay updated with trends in motion, short-form content, and design
