- *Position Summary:**

nA Business Development Manager (Mechanical Engineering Design Services) isn
- *responsible for company growth,revenue generation and expanding market presence within the Mechanical**
- *Engineer Design Service sector**

n. This role involves identifying New Business Opportunities, Building and Maintaining Relationships with Potential Clients, and understanding their technical needs related to Engineering Sector.n
- *Roles & Responsibilities:**

nAs a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –n

 Incumbent should have min. 4-6 years of proven track record of selling services in India.

n

 US or Europe region experience is added advantage.

n

 Engineering Design Services experience is major plus.

n

 Should have strong business acumen in the area of engineering design services.

n

 Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies for US/ Europe Region / India.





n

 Must be able to comprehensively map accounts and identify and contact right person and engage for further conversion.

n

 Should possess strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills

n

 Must be Organized and analytical and must be able to handle sales objections through creative and adaptive approaches.

n

 Must be able to thrive in a time-pressured workplace.

n

 Must be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading from the front and hand on sales experience.

n

 Deep sales acumen with ability to prospect, qualify business deals

n

 Knock to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in highly competitive environment

n

 Resourceful with impeccable communication skills. Passionate towards Sales, willing to take challenges and meet and exceed revenue sales targets consistently.

n

 Willing to travel if required.

n

- *Job Requirements/Qualifications:**

n Generation of qualified leads through various sources.n

 Appointment setting with decision-makers of the organization.

n

 Knowledge of CRM.

n

 Cold calling, Bulk Emailing, Social Networking, etc.

n

 Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation.

n

 Handling the initial level of calls with decision-makers.
