- Good communication skill
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in back-office support for Sales
- Have a sense of responsibility. Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using accounting software, such as SAP
- Robust organizational skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
- Prior experience working with financial accounts
- Strong math and critical reasoning skills
- *Job Summary & Responsibilities:**
- Assist, Coordinate and Support Sales Team in Their Day-to-Day Operations.
- Conduct Marketing Research, Document and report to the Sales team
- Support Sales Staff in Handling and Documenting Customer Accounts.
- Assist in order processing, invoices, stock inventory management, pending payments recovery etc
- Prepare required Sales report for the Sales team
