Job Responsibilities:

- Understand various courses and career options.
- Assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
- Counselling students for course selection and preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
- Prepare, and enter data into CRM, and ensure its accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 0-3 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology, social work or a related field.
- Must be proficient in **English and Malayalam (both mandatory)**. Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Assamese will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill.
- Knowledge of educational policy and regulations.
- Have a natural knack for convincing others.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Work Location**:Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041

**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
