Location: Kalyan Nagar Timings: 12 PM – 8 PM | Monday Off Role: Full time Salary: ₹10,000 to 12,000 What You’ll Do Business Associate – Urban Raga (Growth, Admissions & Centre Expansion Role) Core Objective Drive student enrollments, revenue growth,
and centre performance while supporting expansion and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Admissions (Primary KPI) Handle all incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, website) Qualify leads using: Age / Course / Location / Goal (Hobby vs Certification) Schedule free trial / demo sessions Convert leads into paid admissions Maintain daily follow-ups (hot/warm leads) Track: Lead source (Meta Ads, referral, walk-in) Status (New / Trial Done / Converted / Lost) Ensure zero lead leakage - Follow-up consistency Centre Coordination Coordinate with: Teachers (trial scheduling) Admin (fees & onboarding) Ensure smooth: Batch allocation Student onboarding First class experience Track daily and monthly collections Social Media Support (Lead-Oriented) Ensure : Daily enquiry response on Instagram & Facebook Coordinate with marketing team for: Campaign performance feedback Event & Workshop Support Promot
