Role Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and impact-driven Social Media Manager to support day-to-day digital content execution and community engagement. The role focuses on content creation, publishing, coordination, and engagement , helping bring real stories from the field to life across social platforms.



This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about social causes , enjoys storytelling, and wants hands-on exposure to NGO communications and digital advocacy . Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day social media activities as per the approved content calendar Create, edit, and publish posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube Assist in storytelling by drafting captions, reels descriptions, and short narratives from field updates Coordinate with program teams, field staff, and events teams to collect photos, videos, and impact stories Support coverage of on-ground events, campaigns, and project activities (as required) Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner Track basic performance metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly social media reports Ensure brand tone, visual consistency, and ethical representation in all posts Stay updated on social media trends
