Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer (Performance Creative) based in Hauz Khas, Current Delhi .



The designer will be responsible for creating high-converting ad creatives and video assets for digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone who is not just an executor but an idea-driven creative thinker — someone who can understand marketing objectives, contribute to ideation, and translate concepts into performance-focused visuals and videos. Key Responsibilities Design static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns Edit short-form videos for ads (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content, etc.) Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ideate campaign concepts and hooks Translate marketing briefs into conversion-focused creatives Rework and iterate creatives based on performance data and feedback Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant design
