? We’re Hiring: Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor (Rally & Sports Content)

Are you passionate about motorsports, storytelling, and high-energy visuals?

We’re looking for a creative professional who can bring rally moments to life through stunning visuals and engaging content.

? Key Responsibilities

? Motion Graphics & Video Editing

- Create high-impact motion graphics and dynamic video edits for rally events and driver profiles
- Edit action-packed footage including highlights, recap videos, and sponsor thank-you videos
- Design animated elements like titles, transitions, and branding assets
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual quality across all video content

? Social Media Content Creation

- Design engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos for social media platforms
- Adapt content based on platform trends and audience engagement
- Create event-based creatives: countdowns, announcements, results, and festive posts

? Graphic Design

- Design event stickers, flex banners, and on-ground branding materials
- Develop static creatives for marketing campaigns, pitch decks, and presentations
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and sponsor visibility requirements

? Creative Ideation & Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams on creative direction and branding




- Contribute innovative ideas for content and storytelling
- Implement feedback quickly and effectively

⚙️ Quality Checks & Optimization

- Review outputs for visual accuracy, sync, and overall polish
- Optimize content for different platforms, resolutions, and formats
- Maintain high creative standards across all deliverables

?️ Asset & Archive Management

- Organize raw footage and creative assets for easy access
- Maintain structured folders for events, sponsors, and campaigns

? On-Ground Event Coverage

- Attend rally events to capture real-time content
- Shoot behind-the-scenes and action clips using mobile devices when needed
- Conduct interviews with drivers and teams
- Share quick branded content with sponsors for immediate engagement

- Strong skills in motion graphics & video editing
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Passion for sports/motorsports content is a big plus
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, event-driven environment
