As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the heart of our client experience — ensuring every individual who signsup with Crink feels supported, understood, and guided throughout their journey. This is a full-time, onsite role at our office in Kalamassery, Kochi, where you’ll work closely with consultants and product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring client success and happiness as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to renewal
- Identify key product features to enhance client experience
- Guide clients through the Crink process with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
- Take ownership of managing Customer Success metrics
- Address queries, solve issues, and escalate when needed
- Collect feedback and support process improvement initiatives
- Assist in community engagement and client campaigns when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: MBA or Engineering is preferred
- Languages:
Fluency in English and Malayalam (In addition,Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
- Technical: Good working knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay organized, and be responsive
- Fast learner, problem solver, and willing to adapt quickly
