We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about visual storytelling and possess a strong understanding of animation principles, design aesthetics, and video editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling motion graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and video productions.

Requirements

The Bare Essentials

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Media.

- Fresh or up to 2 years of experience (yes, internships + personal passion projects count!).

- Portfolio link that showcases creativity, experimentation, and strong design fundamentals.

- Ready to hit the deck in Pune, full time.

Concept & Storytelling

- Turn briefs into strong visual concepts and fresh storyboards.

- Collaborate with our creative team to explore and refine ideas.

- Ability to stitch together communicable stories, videos & animation films.





Motion Design & Animation

- Create high‑quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender and more.

- Design and animate typography, infographics, and energetic visual elements.

- Keep visuals aligned with brand style yet add your unique creative spark.

Video Editing & Compositing

- Edit video footage and enhance it with motion graphics.

- Combine video and still assets into smooth, polished final outputs.

- Ensure finishing that is clean, consistent, and platform‑ready.
