Job DescriptionService Desk Analysts at Confidential company are part of the IT Infrastructure department and provide IT technical assistance to Confidential company’s end users. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this is both a highly technical and user-facing role, performing duties that align with 1st and 2nd line support functions. Specific Role ResponsibilitiesProviding high quality and timely First Line Support to users through our Helpdesk SoftwareDesktop Deployment Services (preferably Intune/Autopilot)Azure and on-prem Active Directory Users & Groups management and Group PolicyMicrosoft Email systems administration and supportManaging user access for Confidential company internal bespoke applicationsSupporting all corporate office systems including Office 365, printers, desktops/laptops, and mobile devicesOn-site office support, including desk setups, hardware troubleshooting,



and face-to-face user assistanceAsset Register maintenance and updatesProviding remote support to other internal clientsPerforming daily checks, BAU monitoring, and fault resolutionEnsuring adherence to service desk processes and proceduresBasic connectivity and network troubleshootingKnowledge sharing and mentoring within the teamDocumenting technical fault solutions and proceduresRecommending improvements to all aspects of IT servicesEnsuring IT policies are adhered to at all times Experience requiredExperience in a similar Support role is an advantageGeneral infrastructure skills and knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server productsAn understanding of Virtualisation (ESXi / vSphere), Active DirectoryA positive understanding of IP network fundamentalsGood team player with the ability to work under direction or independently OpportunitiesBe part of a highly successful, rapidly growing, global business that is leading the deli
