Position Title: Delivery Lead Experience Level: 4-8 Years Department: Private Markets Location: Gurgaon Work Mode - Hybrid Organizational relationships Position reports to Delivery Manager Job purpose We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling team based in Gurgaon.Key responsibilities: Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which include financial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research Assist clients with complex financial modelling assignments in the Private Equity and private credit space, working on a variety of models such as LBO, DCF and Investment modelsValuate a variety of securities such as equity, debt and convertibles Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses by applying experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc. Creating comprehensive Investment Memos (IMs) and pitch decks for PE clientsAnalyzing Investment Themes / Strategies: Evaluating attractiveness of the overall sector / geography / company focused investment themes and strategies of the fund Investment Prospect Identification: Identifying emerging and high-growth sectors for investment assessment through market analysis such as market size, historical and projected growth rates, emerging market trends, key drivers,



etc.Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations Conduct quality checks of client deliverables Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes Mentoring the junior team members and reviewing their deliverables Responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigantsDemonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment.
