About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design high-quality visuals for marketing, branding, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, understand user behavior, and be eager to continuously learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives (Instagram, , ads, etc.)
- Create website banners, landing page assets, and UI elements
- Work on branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, presentations)
- Design email templates, PDFs, and marketing assets
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimise creatives for performance and engagement
- Stay updated with design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience with design tools:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Good understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout & composition
- Experience designing for social media and web
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly




- Strong attention to detail

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

- Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of marketing funnels and ad creatives
- Experience with HubSpot design manager or CMS design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design handoff)
