Role Description

The Aqua Technician will play a vital role in supporting aquaculture operations in the Srikakulam region, working on-site in West godhavari. This is a full time role responsible for managing water quality, monitoring aquatic health, and providing technical support to farmers. The technician will also conduct field visits, gather water and soil samples, perform tests, and provide recommendations to improve productivity and sustainability.



Collaboration with the team to address client-specific challenges will be an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

- Expertise in water quality testing, aquatic health assessment, and soil sampling analysis
- Technical skills in aquaculture systems, feed management, and pond management
- Robust communication skills for providing guidance and support to farming communities
- Ability to conduct on-site operations effectively and work collaboratively in a team
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the aquaculture industry, ideally in the Srikakulam or Bhimavaram region
- Willingness to work in the Narasapuram area and interact with local stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field is preferred
