About the Role

This opening is for Top-grade Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for someone who

- Loves creativity
- Can work in a creative team
- Can work with various design programs such as
- Loves to explore and create current things
- Can create motion designs for social media platforms such as Autodesk Maya, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Can meet with clients to address their needs
- Can select audio, visuals, typography, and other design elements

Responsibilities for Motion Graphic Designer

- Hands-on experience working with all necessary tools & software for creating visuals like- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and others.
- Be well-versed in Video Editing- Cut, stitch, animation etc.

- Be able to visualize video initially
- Create compelling and effective motion graphics for digital/social media

- Has sound knowledge, and understanding of the graphics technicalities -typography, golden ratio, color palettes, etc. and can implement the same in graphics.

- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Establish motion graphic direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Should have knowledge about VFX
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams




- Should be able to create 2D and 3D animations

Requirements

Qualifications for Motion Graphic Designer

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field

- Certification course or training done from MAAC or other institute

- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic designing (preferred if working in a Marketing Agency

- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects

- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

- Strong analytical skills with an open and positive mindset

- Excellent eye for detail
