- **Position Title: Team Lead SEO (Full Time)***
- *Purpose:** To analyze, review and implement strategies to improve organisation’s digital ranking on search engines and digital world.
- *Responsibilities**
- To conduct on-site & off-site analysis of web SEO competition
- To create high quality SEO content
- To keep updates on SEM developments
- To perform keyword research on regular basis & develop keyword plans
- To boost organic search rankings by optimising web pages, websites, homepage, landing page, blog posts, videos, you tube channels etc.
- To maximise traffic and improve page rank
- To conduct regular technical Digital SEO audits & work with other web development teams to fix technical web issues (slow page load speeds, page crawl errors, duplicate content etc.)
- To enhance traffic on mobile and desktop versions
- To run SEO Campaigns and execute link building campaigns
- To measure key digital SEO metrics like organic traffic, ranking positions
- To Identify and fixing technical SEO issues such as indexing & crawling, core web vitals, site structure, scheme mark-up etc.
- To research and analyse competitors to expand keyword targeting.
- *Competencies**
- Experience and understanding of technical SEO, On-page SEO, In-depth keyword research,



content optimization and competitor research.
- Strong understanding and experience of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console and MS Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Algorithm updates and history.
- Proven experience of working on SEO tools like Google My Business, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google keyword planner
- Skills to use Adobe Analytics, Data Mining tools
- Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
- *Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Preference to Digital Marketing stream
- *Experience**
- 4 – 7 years of experience in Digital SEO
- Preference to experience in Education (EdTech) industry
