Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Branch Head to manage and lead our educational consultancy branch in Idukki. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in student admissions and counselling.
Responsibilities:
- Overall branch operations and management
- Student counselling for UG & PG courses
- Handling admissions, documentation & follow-ups
- Managing counsellors and office staff
- Achieving monthly admission targets
- College coordination and partner management
- Conducting school visits, seminars & promotions
- Daily reporting to head office
Required Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years experience in educational consultancy / student admissions / counselling
Branch handling or team management experience preferred
Local area knowledge of Idukki is an advantage
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Malayalam mandatory, English preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
Qualification:
Any Graduation preferred
