Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Branch Head to manage and lead our educational consultancy branch in Idukki. The candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in student admissions and counselling.
Responsibilities:
Overall branch operations and management
Student counselling for UG & PG courses
Handling admissions, documentation & follow-ups
Managing counsellors and office staff
Achieving monthly admission targets
College coordination and partner management
Conducting school visits, seminars & promotions
Daily reporting to head office
Required Experience:
Minimum 3–6 years experience in educational consultancy / student admissions / counselling
Branch handling or team management experience preferred
Local area knowledge of Idukki is an advantage
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Malayalam mandatory, English preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Qualification:
Any Graduation preferred
