About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Hotel Management Intern who will assist in managing complete event operations. The intern will ensure all events are organized smoothly, follow up with event organizers, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the event lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing complete events from start to finish.
- Ensure proper setup and execution of events as per hotel standards.
- Conduct regular checks to verify that every event is organized properly and all arrangements are in place.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain event documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Follow up with clients and organizers to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
- Support the hotel team in guest management,



hospitality, and service quality during events.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and event compliance throughout the venue.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
- Strong interest in event management and hospitality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.
