Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate (Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide technical support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Provide accurate information about products and services

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI (COPA) / Hardware & Networking

Experience:



1–2 years preferred (Freshers can apply)

Good communication skills

Basic technical knowledge of networking/internet services

Strong customer service orientation
