Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MBA Finance professional located in Pune Division. The role involves managing financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting risk assessments, analyzing data to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.



The MBA Finance qualified will also collaborate across departments to optimize financial strategies and support organizational growth.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and risk assessment
Experience with financial regulations, compliance, and accounting standards
Knowledge in data analysis, business analytics, and decision-making support
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial software and tools such as ERP systems and Excel
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance
Experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage
