Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a General Manager (Sales) in the premium car segment, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The GM (Sales) will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage a sales team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires monitoring sales performance,
building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth in the premium passenger car market.
Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Sales and General Management within the automobile or similar industries
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive business goals effectively
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the premium car segment is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
