Aajol Preschool and Learncare Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its network of preschools and daycare centers and is seeking a dynamic Area Manager to lead expansion and operational setup in the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

Market Survey and Location Identification

- Identify high-potential areas with demand for preschool and daycare services
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis
- Evaluate demographics, residential clusters, and commercial viability

Property Search and Finalization

- Identify suitable properties through brokers and local networks
- Visit and evaluate shortlisted locations
- Coordinate with management for final site selection

Legal and Documentation Support

- Assist with local registrations and documentation
- Coordinate for municipal permissions and compliance, if required

Infrastructure and Center Setup

- Coordinate with the Head Office and local vendors
- Support branding and infrastructure setup of the center

Recruitment and Team Building

- Assist in hiring teachers and center staff




- Work with the Head Office team for recruitment and onboarding

Pre-Launch and Post-Launch Marketing

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns
- Manage pamphlet distribution in residential societies
- Build partnerships with pediatricians, activity centers, and community groups
- Support social media promotion and local brand visibility

Reporting and Coordination

- Submit regular reports on market survey insights, marketing activities, lead generation, and center operations and progress updates

Qualification

MBA / BBA or equivalent degree

Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience

Experience in the education, preschool, daycare, or service industry is preferred

Candidate Profile

- Strong demographic knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and projects
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a growth-stage environment
