Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, nurturing relationships through attentive communication and dependable delivery.
Translate strategic discussions into actionable plans, aligning internal teams around shared objectives.
Coordinate digital initiatives from planning through completion, maintaining oversight of timelines, scope, and quality.
Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, ensuring information flows clearly and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and provide measured updates, identifying solutions when adjustments are required.
Prepare documentation, presentations,



and reports that communicate insights with clarity and professionalism.
Support the continuous improvement of account management processes within the Lab.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who combines organizational capability with genuine attentiveness to partnership:
Experience in account management, digital coordination, or client services within a collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully.
An organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
Confidence working within a remote structure while maintaining close collaboration with distributed teams.
A calm, solutions-focused mindset when navigating complexity.
Professional integrity and a commitment to building relationships based on trust.
Preferred Experience
The following background would be welcomed, though it is not essential:
Familiarity with digital marketing, innovation-led initiatives, or consultancy environments.
Experience working with international teams or across different time zones.
Comfort using project management and collaboration tools to support remote workflows.
