Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Jaipur. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and providing prompt and accurate support via various channels such as phone, email, and chat. The associate will work closely with internal teams to monitor and improve customer satisfaction, maintain detailed records of interactions,
and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills for engaging effectively with customers
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving customer issues efficiently and accurately
Proficiency in using customer support tools and CRM systems
Basic technical skills to navigate software platforms and assist customers with troubleshooting
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
Solid customer orientation and a positive attitude
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
