Role Description

This is a full time, in office position located in Bengaluru. As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You will oversee content creation, manage social media platforms, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging will be a vital part of your role.



Developing creative campaigns to connect with target audiences and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends will be central to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to develop and execute platform-specific strategies effectively.
Robust skills in Communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience with Content Strategy to craft consistent and impactful social media campaigns and posts.
Excellent Writing abilities to create persuasive and engaging social media content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
Proven leadership and organisational skills to manage social media teams and multi-platform projects.
Experience with creative software or tools is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
