Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Nagpur. As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints with professionalism, ensure prompt resolution of issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous
