Role Description
This is a full time, in office role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Nagpur. As a Customer Service Associate, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints with professionalism, ensure prompt resolution of issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Your responsibilities will also include providing product or service information,
following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach
Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records
Prior experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
