Role Description

Qualifications
Expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and resolving workplace conflicts
Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Bachelor's or higher degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in industrial relations or a manufacturing setup is a plus
