Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and qualified manner.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve technical problems.
Document and track issues using the company’s ticketing system.
Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications
