Role Overview

Facilitate new hire training with a high level of engagement with client objectives and client standards for job readiness as goals.



Facilitate on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps. Undertake projects to improve our training processes. Own training processes with a high level of accountability, keeping in mind the internal as well as external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the product and process updates. Have a data-centric approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct New Hire Training sessions
- Conduct On-Floor training/refresher sessions for agents in the production floor
- Stay current in product and process updates, launches, best practices, tools, and applications.
- Document Training performance by way of training reports and give periodic, specific feedback to trainees
- Analyze learner engagement and performance, and strive continually to improve the same
- Evaluates recent hire trainee performance or on-floor through objective assessments
- Demonstrate a data-centric and structured problem-solving approach to analyzing business and organizational challenges

Competencies

- Product Knowledge: Possess excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Ads
- Adaptability to Dynamic Change: Adapting to changing situations and restructuring tasks and priorities as changes occur within the business and organization.
- Consultative Selling: Understand and impart consultative selling to the salesforce
- Proactivity:



Proactively identify potential roadblocks in the transfer of knowledge and skills and come up with solutions.
- Interpersonal Communication: Communicating clearly and effectively with people inside and outside of the team.
- Bias for Action: Complete the deliverables that are assigned
- Customer Success: Doing the right thing for customers.
- Help in production whenever required.
