We’re Hiring: Flexo Prepress Specialist | Vapi

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Flexo Prepress Professional to join us in Vapi (South Gujarat)— one of India’s fastest-growing packaging hubs.

? Role Overview

You will handle end-to-end prepress preparation for flexographic printing, ensuring accurate, high-quality output for packaging applications.

?️ Key Responsibilities

- File preparation, trapping, step & repeat for flexo jobs
- Color separation, profiling, and print optimization
- Handling distortion, screening, and plate-ready artwork
- Working with design, production & press teams
- Ensuring consistency and minimizing print issues

✅ Requirements

- 2–6 years experience in flexo prepress / packaging




- Hands-on experience with Esko / Kodak / similar workflows
- Strong understanding of color management & print processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
