We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Ballari. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building solid relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, retailers, and distributors in Ballari and nearby areas.
- Promote and sell company products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, leads, and transactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
- Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and local market campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail sales, or distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within Ballari and nearby towns.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile CRM applications.
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
