Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, in a publishing services /prepress environment

Education

Any Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field

Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze file formats from the authors, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, EPS, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, and PSD.

- Interpret source material (hand-drawn, scanned, or low-res files) and convert them into print and digital-ready vector graphics.

- Editing and enhancing images, including cropping, resizing, color correction, and retouching.

- Preparing files for print or digital publishing, ensuring proper formatting and resolution.

- Ensure all designs follow client guidelines and maintain high visual standards.

Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, design principles and keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
- Strong communication, time management and multitasking skills
