Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Pondicherry. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the process of purchasing residential plots.



Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, understanding client requirements, presenting property options, negotiating contracts, and closing sales effectively. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, property trends, and market conditions.

Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and relevant market trends
Robust Sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Tamil and English is preferred
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
