About the Role
Nexzu Mobility Ltd is seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale sales operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electric vehicles, electric bicycles, automotive (2W/3W), motors, battery-powered mobility products, or consumer durable industries.
This role demands a strong understanding of EV technology, lithium-ion battery systems, electric drive systems, and dealer-based sales models, along with proven B2B and retail sales exposure.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for electric bicycles and EV mobility products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for:
- Retail customers
- B2B clients
- Institutional buyers
- Fleet operators
- Identify and develop current business opportunities with:
- Corporates
- Schools & colleges
- Delivery & logistics companies
- Government & municipal bodies
- Channel partners
- Promote EV adoption and sustainable mobility solutions in the assigned region.
2. Dealer Network Development
- Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network in Pune and nearby territories.
- Manage dealer onboarding, product training, and performance tracking.
- Ensure dealers are equipped with knowledge of:
- Electric motors
- Battery systems (Li-ion)
- Charging mechanisms
- Product features and warranty support
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and key accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test-ride sessions.
- Support after-sales coordination related to service, battery issues, and product queries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.

Market & Operations Management
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze:
- Competitor products
- Pricing trends
- EV adoption trends
- Organize promotional activities such as:
- Roadshows
- Test ride camps
- Corporate demo events
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper display, branding, and merchandising at dealer outlets.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Forecast demand and track sales against targets.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommend corrective strategies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and documentation standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities

- Knowledge of:
- Electric vehicle ecosystem

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
Experience Required
3–7 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Electric Vehicles (2W / 3W / E-bikes)
- Electric Bicycles / Bicycle Industry
- Automotive sector (especially dealer-driven sales)
- Battery-powered mobility products
- Electric motors or EV components
- Consumer durables / mobility devices
Preferred Experience:
- Dealer network expansion
- B2B & institutional sales
- Fleet sales or government tenders
- EV product or battery technology exposure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
