Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Test Engineer with strong expertise in new product reliability, hardware functional testing, and OEM test process development. The ideal candidate will lead reliability activities, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers, and ensure testing readiness, execution, and reporting throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability & Hardware Functional Testing:

- Perform new product reliability testing, including vibration, flex bending, environmental, drop, mechanical, and IPX tests.
- Conduct hardware functional testing on camera and sensor test stations.
Lead test planning, execution, data collection, result analysis, and documentation.

OEM Test Process & Station Readiness:





- Create and execute detailed reliability and functional test plans.
- Manage station readiness, including budgeting, logistics, setup, fixtures, and debugging.
Support G&R; (Gauge & Repeatability) and software validation activities.

Customer & Cross-Functional Communication:

- Communicate with customers to review and finalise test plans.
- Update customers on testing equipment bring-up status and readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure required machines, fixtures, and resources for test line bring-up.

Execution & Issue Management:

- Assess risks based on build schedules and reliability test plans.
- Follow up on test progress to ensure schedule adherence.
- Support FA0 activities in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and testing standards.

Training & Leadership:

- Serve as DRI for reliability and station-related projects.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring skill development and training.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and support project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Expertise:

- 9–11 years of experience in reliability and hardware functional testing.
- Strong understanding of OEM test processes, data analysis, and report generation.
- Hands-on experience with reliability chambers, testing instruments, and camera/sensor stations.
Knowledge of G&R;, SW validation, and test line bring-up.

Qualified Skills:

- Strong English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in MS Office and test documentation tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage conflicts.
- Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
