Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in English and Hindi to address queries, concerns, or requests for assistance.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and accuracy throughout each interaction.
- Record call details and resolutions with clarity in internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and coordinate with backend teams.
- Meet performance KPIs, including First Call Resolution (FCR), CSAT, and Quality Score.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and service protocols.

Job Requirements





- A graduation in any stream is mandatory
- Fluency in English and Hindi with clear verbal communication
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Previous experience in voice support or BPO is a plus, but not mandatory
