Job Title : Senior Fullstack Developer (MERN)

Job Location : Bavdhan, Pune (Work from Office)

Total Experience : 5-10 yrs

Qualification BE/B.Tech(CS/IT)

- *Required Skills : Node.js, React.js , MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, Posgresql.**
- *Role & responsibilities**
- Lead the design, development and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
- Collaborate closely with team and clients to understand their business requirements, suggest technical solutions, provide regular updates and handle escalations.
- Work within the Agile/Scrum framework to manage the development cycle. Ensure proper sprint planning, task assignment and that deadlines are met.
- Accurately estimate the time and resources required for tasks, ensuring projects stay within scope and on schedule.
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- Strong experience in **Node.js** (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks).

- Expertise in **React.js** and front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Next.js).
- Proven knowledge of NoSQL databases like **MongoDB.**
- Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, and real-time communication (WebSockets, **Kafka**, or RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Positive experience with Agile methodologies and working experience with tools like DevOps, Jira etc.
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community.
