More about the role

Burson India is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager in Gurgaon location for TOSB (The Outstanding Speakers Bureau) team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for speakers and client networking, facilitation of events and overall administration activities of TOSB. The individual will coordinate with clients / speakers for events, activities, payments etc.

What you'll do

n

Client Servicing:



Fosters a strong professional relationship with clients and speakers and act as a key POC for both.

n

Planning management

n

Maintaining internal trackers and databases

n

Follow up with the compliance team on contracts.

n

Driving SOPs/Systems/Proposals/formats

n

Provide support at specific events, promotions etc

n

Leverage the Research tools we have e.g., WPP Open

n

Anticipating and resolving challenges

n

Business Development

n

Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.

n

Be proactive during new business brainstorms and take ownership of portions of new business proposals under the guidance of senior leaders.

n

Talent Management: Coach and mentor junior team members and help them grow within the organization

n

Create an inclusive and welcoming environment that engages all individuals without bias and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment.

n

Financial Management: Ensure all activities carried out for clients are properly documented and budget and status reports are submitted.

n

Follow agency procedures for client budgets, budget tracking, contract approval and billing rates and allocate resources for agency profitability.

n

Manage vendor relationships, costs, and invoicing.

n

Experience that contributes to success:

n

Graduate with 5+ years of work experience and have a positive background in client servicing, operations and sales.



Any experience working in a Speaker Bureau will be a plus.
