Objective To lead and manage the complete infrastructure development works for luxury villa project, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and cost control across roads, storm water drainage, sewerage, water supply, electrical utilities, site grading, and coordination with landscaping and artificial water body development..

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute all infrastructure works including internal roads, pathways, storm water drainage, sewerage systems, water supply networks, electrical ducting, and utility corridors.
- Oversee site grading, earthwork, compaction, and land development activities.
- Coordinate infrastructure integration with villa construction (2,10,000 Sq.ft. RCC works) and premium landscaping.
- Ensure proper execution of artificial pools, lakes, and associated water circulation systems from an infrastructure perspective.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop detailed work schedules aligned with overall project timelines.
- Ensure infrastructure works comply with approved drawings, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality of materials such as aggregates, pipes, cables, paving materials,



and drainage components.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Implement safety standards in coordination with the Safety team.
- Monitor infrastructure budgets in coordination with the costing and billing teams.
- Verify contractor measurements and certify work progress.
- Manage multiple contractors and specialized agencies involved in infra and utility works.
- Resolve technical and execution challenges at site level.
- Participate in review meetings and provide progress reports to management.

nSkills, Experience & Educationn
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil); Postgraduate in Project/Construction Management preferred.
- 712 years of experience in billing/commercial functions in large-scale real estate or owner-driven developments.
- Proven experience in luxury villa projects / township projects.
- Strong exposure to infrastructure, landscaping, and site development billing.

Experience in handling complex multi-package contractor setting.

Experience in rate analysis, variation management, and reconciliation of large BOQs.
